The Opportunity
The Adobe Experience Cloud business has over $1 Billion in subscription revenue annually. The Retention Response Team’s mandate is to improve the overall retention of these existing customers.
Success Services Team Consultants work to resolve customer challenges and to greatly improve customers’ probability of renewing and maintaining their Adobe suite products. The focus will be at-risk customers who are struggling with the use and/or value of the Digital Experience solutions, requiring creative problem solving to help them better realize and understand the value of their Adobe investment.
The Digital Strategist Consultant is part Marketer, part Consultant, and part Technologist. As a Digital Strategist, the Consultant will bring real-world marketing transformation experience and marketer-to-marketer trust to our customers as well as deliver Strategic Services that complement the Success Services technical recommendations.
The consultant will collaborate with other technical consultants on the Success Services Team to analyze and assess customer needs and challenges. The Digital Strategist will arrive at complimentary recommendations for such things as organization structure, change management, governance, omni channel marketing strategy and optimization, advanced use case activation for integrated solutions, and define a roadmap for continued transformation of their marketing strategy in support of their Adobe investment.
The Role

Senior Digital Strategist is a digital-native professional with experience designing and executing consumer experiences for Adobe customers. This leader role will focus on Organization Development & Organizational Effectiveness programs for Adobe customers.
