This role is composed of 5 key functions:

• Ensuring requirements documentation across multiple projects are completed on time
• IAM management presentation and communications
• Business and IT stakeholder Management
• Accountability for the requirement/project/program delivery

What will you be doing?

Main Duties

• Undertaking work on a range of projects supporting GIS Security projects. This could include working closely with project teams within Global Technology across geographies/time zones.
• Manage business analyst team who will be supporting multiple projects in a cross-functional / matrix organisation
• The role will involve close liaison with areas of the Business, IRM, Compliance, and Audit to deliver solutions and effect their implementation.
• Review new and proposed technologies to identify security risks, vulnerabilities and non-compliance. Review changes to existing technologies to identify security risks, vulnerabilities and non-compliance;
• Drive to understand the global IT environment and strategic requirements;
• Pro-actively provide transparent and integrated risk controls that are commensurate with identified risks

Role Details

• Requirement gatherings skills and establishing personal relationships with stakeholders is critical to the success of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to own the relationship with the users globally as well as maintaining a strong relationship with other non-GIS IT teams. He/she should be at ease discussing business and technical issues, working with both business and IT Development to understand problem areas and to proactively contribute to short and long term solutions.
• A successful candidate for this role will be process oriented ensuring that the team adopts standard Barclays processes and proactively engages in activities to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Firm's information assets within a highly controlled environment.
• Responsibilities of the this role will include supporting the project team to ensure the Identity and Access Management requirements are completely and accurately gathered and documented. Interact with other Technology teams to solicit information and work out user-friendly cost-effective solution for the bank.

What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute.
• In-depth knowledge IT Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle
• In-depth knowledge of business process design techniques using UML or similar notations

Skills that will help you in the role:

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Thorough understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape
• Excellent oral, written communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to / propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues.
• Must be a good team player and able to work alone or with others
