We’re looking for a Leader to join the Prime Video Sports team and lead live sports in the UK with a focus on English Premier League football and Autumn International Rugby. You will act as the champion, business support and point of contact (both internally and externally), ensuring that we deliver an excellent experience to customers, earning trust with our partners and achieving our business goals. You will have strong program management, stakeholder relationship and analytical skills, and have the potential to develop into a broad leader across Prime Video and Amazon.
Responsibilities
· Execute on strategic goals for EPL and Rugby in UK.
· Act as internal and external champion to support delivery of key business objectives/metrics across all functions.
· Be single local point of contact and act as (non-tech) program lead for all key internal functions including Product/Tech, Production, Marketing, Merchandising, Social Media, Customer Service and PR
· Support Amazon's relationship with Premier League and 6 Nations. Act as Account Manager, ensuring trusted communication, scheduling, escalation of operational issues, reporting on performance, and post-event reviews.
· Support other relevant partnerships in UK, including football clubs and Rugby Unions, talent ambassadors, sponsors and agencies.
· Do you have consolidated/demonstrable experience in program or project management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Ideally experience in TV, Digital Media and/or Sport
