In line with our aggressive expansion plans, we are looking for a passionate individual to join the GAMMA HR Team to strengthen the operational talent pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Design, develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy to support the organization's growth.
• Manage the end-to-end internal and external recruitment and selection process, ensuring the highest degree of transparency. 
• Defines and deploy suitable employer branding strategies and initiatives to create a consistent experience for prospective employees in line with the EVP. 
• Executes staffing plans as per the defined strategy in constant alignment with business agenda and budgets. 
• Produce periodic management reports on talent acquisition by tracking and developing metrics that help assess, analyze, and benchmark the talent pipeline, areas of strength, and opportunity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management. 
• 3 - 4 years of experience working in a similar role. 
• Excellent relationship-building skills and customer-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Experience in using best-in-class sourcing techniques and exposure to high volume recruitment.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala. The ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage. 
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
