Amazon’s mission is to be the earth’s most customer-centric company and to do that we need the best possible talent from all backgrounds.
Do you have technical expertise working with hotels, airlines, traveltech, and other companies in this industry? Do you want to help shape the technology that is used by travel/hospitality companies and work closely with them to drive innovation?
As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will help Travel & Hospitality customers solve their business challenges with the help of AWS services. Thanks to your experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry, you will be able to speak the same language as our customers and help them innovate and scale using architectural best practices. You will advise customers around building and operating workloads, engaging with them at different levels: business and technical, to find the solutions that best solve their needs.
As a trusted advisor with technical expertise, you will enlighten customers on the art of the possible and will share recommendations around security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to accelerate their key projects, always with the Travel & Hospitality goals and challenges in mind.
Travel & Hospitality Specialist Solutions Architects are thought leaders in AWS technology and industry trends who create and share best practices through white papers, code samples, workshops, user groups or blog posts. You will create contents and you will have the opportunity to share your ideas in public speaking sessions to enable the wider community to adopt the AWS portfolio of services for Travel & Hospitality customers.
Inside AWS, you are an ambassador of our customers. You will articulate customer needs by synthesizing your observations from customer engagements and market trends around Travel & Hospitality workloads to inform and influence the roadmap of AWS features. In this role, your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions, with the opportunity to implement or document cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and be curious around software development, data and analytics platforms, machine learning, computer vision or any of the existing or yet to come technologies in AWS, and leverage this expertise to guide Travel & Hospitality customers across the EMEA region.
If you are enthusiastic about enabling AWS customers on the art of the possible, while challenging the impossible, come and build the future with us.
