YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent commercial processing of customer orders in SAP SD/PS 
• Order verification (also contracts) and order entry
• Creation of all delivery-relevant documents as well as invoicing
• Origin check
• Obtaining export requirements (dual use, export compliance)
• Regular review of order backlog and documentation
• Clarification of tax issues in connection with order processing
• Change management
• Implementation of contract terms in case of deviations
• Close cooperation with project management, technical processing as well as AVL subsidiaries or external representatives and banks

 YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial education (HAK or FH)
• At least 1 year of professional experience in export, possibly with letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Experience with SAP SD/PS is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English, possibly second foreign language (German is a must have)
