Handle complex programs including both property and casualty coverage and manage all aspects of account service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Account Service
a. Receive and respond to client request.
b. Respond to Producer and A/E request.
c. Assist in obtaining and organizing client information and coverage specifics.
2. Marketing
a. Prepare applications and submissions.
b. Order loss runs and request.
c. Track and obtain market request.
3. Administrative
a. Prepare and issue binders, invoices, ID Cards, certificates, tax filings and countersignatures.
b. Review policies and prepare for delivery.
c. Process Endt’s, audit and cancellation.
4. Designated Accounts
a. Coordinate internal flow of the new/renewal production.
b. Perform and convey to insured technical reviews of policy documentation.
c. Negotiate coverage and premium terms on policies as applicable including marketing with insurers as agreed by the producer.
d. Meet with assigned clients/accounts on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Maintain Insurance License.
2. Enroll in and complete CE classes each year.
3. Continue to increase underwriting knowledge.
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
5. Advanced insurance knowledge.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
