The individual in this role:

• Establishes a Global vision, strategy and execution plans to support and grow the Surface Pressure Control (SPC) business
• Leads and oversees Product Managers over Wellhead, Flow Control, Frac, and Enabling Technologies that support global operations
• Accountable for overall Surface Pressure Control (SPC) portfolio strategy
• Works closely with engineering, supply chain and operations to develop and commercialize products to maintain and grow the business
• Establishes a deep understanding of business and market drivers to identify keys areas for business and technology investments
• Works with other product lines and business units to establish unique market solutions. 
• Manages product life cycle, product cost competitiveness, and rationalization 
• Develop internal and external networks; maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 15 years of Oilfield Equipment Industry experience with 10 years of Surface Pressure Control (SPC) business 
• Previous experience managing a team of employees with strong leadership skills and the ability to create a highly motivated team
• Must have a deep technical and business understanding of Surface Pressure Control (SPC) portfolio 
• Previous experience managing product line and commercializing products 
• Manage ambiguity and navigates through complex problems with the ability to see the big picture yet understand the details required to arrive at a solutio 
• Results-oriented and drives accountability while empowering the team 
• Experience in new product development and demonstrates strong marketing acumen 
• Mobility and ability to travel for business needs.
• Previous international experience preferred.
