Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and making the necessary corrections and/or notifications needed with respect to dinner weights, temperatures, and nutritional to comply with both Conagra Brands standards and U.S.D.A. standards.

Equipment:    Scale, Datamyte, control charts, pen, calculator, trays, solo cups, thermometer, computer terminal, identification tags.

Duties:  

Input individual component weights and net weights into Datamyte according to designated plant\QA sampling plan.

Record margarine and season sauce weights and computations on a control chart.  (Use control charts for all ingredients if Datamyte system is not operating.)

Analyze component and net weights to determine if machine fill weight adjustments are needed.

Assure necessary equipment adjustments to assure compliance to standards and recheck weights to verify.

Ensure that any product not conforming to company and/or USDA requirements is held and/or reworked.

Collect and record any additional information specified.

Direct assistant if available to efficiently complete objectives.

Ensure Datamyte equipment and cables are not damaged.  Notify supervisor and QA immediately in the event of any damage.

Set up metal detector and test performance as specified in standards.  Make necessary adjustments or notify appropriate personnel to insure compliance to standards.

Set up check weighers and test performance as specified in standards.  Make necessary adjustments or notify appropriate personnel to insure compliance to standards.

Sample product temperatures for compliance to standards, if out of compliance notify appropriate personnel to insure compliance to standards.

Collect and transport lab samples as required.

Check case codes as required to verify correct codes.  Notify appropriate personnel to correct any detected problems.

Complete appropriate tags and documentation to identify and track product which has been put on hold.

Complete control charts as required.

Perform job in a safe and efficient manner as directed by supervisor or company procedures.

Keep work area clean and orderly.

Perform other duties as assigned.
