Job Description
Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager:
- Collaborate with the Sales department to develop programs and initiatives that target growth within our product assortment.
- Product Management: ensure completeness of portfolio, product quality, supplier alignment and pricing competitiveness. Evaluate opportunities for supplier and product consolidation. Compare alternative products and manage the approval and evaluation process.
- Develop and maintain product reference material that is sales, dealer and end-user facing. In addition, maintain and organize product data including key specifications, marketing support material, and competitive comparisons. Â
- Create marketing support collateral for dealer and retail channels, including training materials on product differentiation and capabilities, along with messaging that showcases key product features and benefits.
- Analyze product performance and report out on opportunities, risks, and key activities that will drive category sales and engagement. Identify gaps in the Sparex product portfolio
- Manage the Go-to-Market marketing strategy for new product launches.

Required Qualifications of the Product Manager:
- A minimum of 3Â years of product management or marketing experience
- Experience in category management, product management, or OEM experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications of the Product Manager:
- Exposure to agricultural, industrial, or automotive industries
- Technical experience with agricultural machinery or related equipment
- Previous experience with e-commerceÂ
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or agricultural related field.
