We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and creative individuals and has ability to exceed expectations.

The Spa & Wellness Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Spa department maintaining the quality standards in conformity to ESPA brand. Responsible for the overall management of the Spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service and optimum financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·At least 3-years’ experience of similar role in a 5-star resort

·Diploma in Spa Management and holder of a recognized Beauty/Massage Therapist qualification from a reputable institution or equivalent.

·Ideally a Spa professional with proven successful assignment in Spa Operations from international brand or with previous partnership with ESPA.

·Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products and wellness traditions.

·Strong leadership with sound business acumen

·Excellent communication skills and people management skills

·Flexible, innovative, resourceful and adaptability to work in a remote island/resort in the Maldives.
