Our Spa therapists play a vital role in the wellbeing of our members delivering exceptional treatments and ensuring the customer experience is a unique and a memory to be shared.

Successful therapists will be fully committed to delivering a premium member and guest experience as well as professionally engaging with both clients and employees creating a friendly, warm & calm environment.

Previous experience as a spa therapist is essential and ideally within a luxury spa environment.  For your application to be considered you must hold an NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicure & pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
• Maintain equipment and products
• Maintain documentation and client files
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer service queries, needs and expectations
• Cross sell spa products and additional therapies
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Apply best practice at all times

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Spa therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Communication and customer service skills
• Increase client satisfaction and enhance company reputation by providing professional spa and beauty services
