What we need from you:

As a Sous Chef you will produce exceptional food to awowa our customers, inspire and develop the entire kitchen team and ensure the highest level of standards are reached. You will have similar experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment, a ahands ona approach and the ability to motivate and manage the team from the front during the Head Chef absence.
