The Chief Resilience & Security Office (CRSO) plays a vital role in delivering Lloyds Banking Group's vision of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, helping Britain prosper, and protecting the Group and its customers and suppliers from security threats. We define and communicate our security strategy and provide dedicated support and constructive challenge to business areas to ensure delivery of an effective and compliant security risk management framework

What you'll be doing...

In this meaningful role, join our team within Group Sourcing where we deliver specific sourcing initiatives to drive the effective supply of services to our group as well as manage the cost base

Other responsibilities:

Handles and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of contracts and negotiates service level agreements while planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to major contracts.

Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.

Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.

Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.

Explores issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues, and barriers.

Leads and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by improving and/or working within established procurement procedures.

Provides advice on designing new processes and systems to achieve professional standards and desired outcomes.

What we're looking for...

Are you someone who already knows and is passionate about IT Sourcing and looking to take your career to the next level? If yes, we value the following:

Essential

• Validated IT sourcing experience (3 years+ consistent commercial experience)
• Demonstrated extensive experience of leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations
• Ability to engage at executive/ senior level
