Job Summary:

DISNEY GLOBAL SOURCING COMPLIANCE is part of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products division and functions within the Global Product Creation (GPC) organization. The GPC organization is focused on product/merchandise strategy, product & design, product R & D/innovation, and merchandise sourcing. Through these centers of excellence, we deliver high quality, innovative product that is responsibly sourced to consumers in all retail channels around the world, while providing a unique guest experience. The Global Sourcing Compliance & Operations team manages the Owned & Operated (O&O) supplier lifecycle. The team oversees the onboarding, exiting, licensing and compliance of O&O suppliers.

As the Sourcing Compliance & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Flexible Business Model by ensuring facilities are registered in third party systems, ensure documentation is submitted by the required due date, communicate issues with internal stakeholders and update internal trackers. You will also support the International Labor Standards (ILS) program for the O&O business by researching and maintaining suppliers and facilities in the ILS database.

This is a 2 year project hire.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining supplier/facility relationships in the ILS database.
• Support the Flexible Business Model team by facilitating registration of facilities in third party systems.
• Work with suppliers to resolve facility questions/issues.
• Communicate supplier/facility status with internal stakeholders.
• Issue Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to suppliers.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and other Office 365 suite of tools.

Required Education

• Two plus years related professional experience.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
