As part of our team, you will grow your technical skills as you deliver solutions to customers, allowing them to maximize the benefit of their investment in Microsoft technology. You will be integral to assisting them as they transform their productivity environment, surfacing the information to the people that can help them get the job done. This is a challenge where you will develop your leadership skills as you engage in the complete lifecycle of large M365 projects, which could involve Viva, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Yammer and more.

Responsibilities

• Taking a leadership role in shaping deals and projects  
• Working with business decision makers of our customers to identify business requirements and shaping approach and solutions  
• Taking a leadership role in agile engagements, working with the technical teams on design and implementation of innovative solutions using devops
• Working with local teams on demand generation and presales activities
• Contributing to a thriving productivity practice that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience 
• Mentoring others to share your knowledge and experience 

Qualifications

With a combination of your architectural experience and your personable and consultative customer engagement style, you will be well positioned to succeed in this role. Other skills and experiences that will be important in allowing you to add value include:

• Experience selling consulting engagements
  (including estimation models, scoping, development of budgetary estimates, writing proposals)
• Regular involvement in presenting complex technical topics to both an executive and a technical audience
• An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms

• Technical experience and knowledge of architecture, solution development and deployment techniques for Office 365 solutions   
• Technical Experience and knowledge of solutions leveraging M365 in cloud and hybrid scenarios   
• Large enterprise deployment experience in complex environments 

You will be part of an international team, so fluency in written and spoken English is required. There will be frequent travel to customer sites as part of this role.
