Role Purpose HSBC Human Resources IT is recruiting for a Solutions Architect. This role will be within the CareerSuite Product Area, which encompasses all Global HR Technology solutions for Learning, Talent & Succession, Performance Management, Reward, Resourcing & Onboarding and Benefits(Employee Share Plans). This role encompasses all systems / applications / integrations / etc architecture for this product area. The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing the most appropriate solution design, technologies and products to meet the needs of the business. They will have responsibility for technology decisions and governance of the delivery thereof. Principal Responsibilities
