 role

• The focus of the role is on pre-sales, requirement engineering, the creation of solution architectures around the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• You make a contribution to business development, starting with customer consultation and the preparation of offers through to management

 Your tasks

• As a lead solution architect, you will be involved in all phases from conception and planning to execution, deployment and stabilization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and proactively push the introduction of new functions and technologies.
• You will be responsible for internal pre-sales engagements and perform pre-sales activities such as RFP/RFI implementation and communication with solution finding, estimation, plan creation, demo preparation and presentation.
• Ensuring that all solutions are successfully implemented according to the project plan and proactively communicating with the external and internal stakeholders on the project status.
• You identify, communicate and mitigate business/project risks
• You will lead the design and development of industry-specific templates (“best practice”) to extend the standard functionality of Dynamics 365 and give Atos solutions a unique selling proposition and resellable value.
• You update your D365 level of knowledge proactively, recognize the further development and activities of the MS and participate in the definition of the adaptation in the "best practice" approach
• You define the training needs within the team and coach other team members

 your profile

• Studies (HTL/FH/University) with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or similar
• You have worked as an architect on large implementation projects
• Business knowledge and technical skills based on more than 5 years of experience in MS CRM (D365)  
• Comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle of solution and software development, development management, release management, data migrations
• Well-founded comprehensive knowledge of the technical, functional possibilities and "Best Practice" of Dynamics 365 CRM (most modules based on Microsoft cloud technologies), including corresponding certifications (desired) 
• Knowledge of mapping, modeling and documenting business processes
• Ability to lead projects - certification in TOGAF and Prince2 would be an advantage
• Experience with agile project methodology (incl. DevOps)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the capabilities of supporting software in the Microsoft stack (certification is a plus), including: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps and Common Data Service
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
