The role:

We're looking for a Solution Analyst and Delivery Manager to join the ASOS Supply Chain Technology team within the CMS & Returns Operations platform to own the incident and problem queues, as well as supporting delivery of change. This critical role is part of the department's leadership team and reports to the CMS & Returns Operations Platform Lead.

The CMS & Returns Operations platform covers three key areas: CMS - the systems and services that enable our fulfilment centres to interface to Carriers to allocate and retrieve the parcel carrier labels to send customers their orders. Returns – the systems and services to process customers returns at our return centres. Customs – systems and services related to customs and the movement and storage of goods.

This new role will be key in building a new team within the platform that will have Support Analyst direct reports.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with stakeholders to ensure that change backlogs by product are prioritised according to common factors aligned to the business
• Supporting the Business Analysts in production of requirements to provide to either in-house or 3rd party solution providers.
• Review technical specifications and supplier documentation for new functionality and to ensure that documentation is quality checked and fit for purpose
• Work with solution providers to build and advertise delivery plans
• Coordinating with BAs, QAs, and UAT to support transition activities including post-implementation processes.
• Work with Platform Lead and senior managers on building a resilient set of products that are performant, lean and peak-ready
• Working with Service Delivery to ensure that agreed change, incident and problem processes are being followed.
• Own (from a resolution perspective) the incident and problem queues, gaining consensus from stakeholders on impact and resolution times.

Who we'd like to meet:

• You will have experience of supply chain
• You will be comfortable dealing with third party suppliers, and both internal and external stakeholders
• You will be organised and a good problem solver, able to assimilate and coordinate information from a wide variety of sources.
• You will have experience of working with a combination of onshore/offshore/nearshore and remote working teams
