ROLE PURPOSE:

To build a world-class centre of excellence forwatersoluble films in laundry to fuel our sustainable innovation pipeline:

• Building a partnership ecosystem to drive innovation in soluble films

• Work with innovation project teams to deliver soluble film formats to market

• Working with cross-functional teams to drive best practice in soluble films

• Develop in-house knowledge of film/formulation & film/equipment interactions

• Creation ofdigital toolsto contribute toourcutting-edge“virtual laboratory”

We are looking for someonethat shares our passion for sustainability,and the drive to take our laundry capsules business to the next level:

• Expertise inpolymer chemistry

• Strong collaboration & communication skills

• Technical education – Degree in related-scientific subject

• Digitally-savvy

• Fast learner

• Fluent in English

• Expertisein water soluble films

• Natural polymers understanding

• FMCG experience

• Liquid detergent formulation knowledge
