Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • managing of the CIC Inbound Development Team and onboarding of all new opportunities and change control by devising and implementing plans

  • being a Subject Matter Expert for solution and development capability – liaising with internal and external stakeholders where required

  • identifying and forecasting required capacity for new/existing solutions and changes

  • managing and maintaining software agreements, licensing and S&M agreements with suppliers – ensuring usage is tracked and reported to senior management

  • reviewing the technology and development approach for all design and development activity to ensure appropriate governance, audit and secure methods of development are in operation and in adherence as per company policies as well as industry best practices

  • supporting in identifying and documenting potential risks in terms of security, data / document retention, data loss across mailroom and bulk scan contracts

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or relevant professional qualifications

  • Professional software development experience with proven transformation experience

  • Management/team leadership experience with confident and effective communication skills and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with the KOFAX software

  • Experience of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with ability to the manage multiple time constrained projects 

  • Proven experience of working with data capture technologies and good understanding of emerging technologies and applications.
