The team works closely with a world-class product management team in defining and road-mapping the offerings. You will:

• Demonstrate your ability to design, code, test, and deliverindustry leadingembeddedmanagement solutionsfor ourdatacenter customersas a key member of our agile team

• Take part of full softwareand firmwaredevelopment lifecycle including planning, development, test, deployment & supportforintegrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC)

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members both locally and globally to deliver the bestof the classsoftware solutions to theservermarket

Essential Requirements 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proven communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in at least one programming language – such asC/C++/Gowith Python/Bash scripting experience

• Data structures and algorithms;Familiar withalgorithmic conceptsthat can scale with constant performance

• Ability to design, implement, and debug user/kernel multi-threaded systems

• Experience with Linux internals and operating system concepts

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ElectricalEngineeringor related majors

• 4–6 years of software development experience (3+ year with Master’s degree)

Desirable Requirements 

• Knowledge on python, test automation is a plus

• Experience with global teams in different time zones

• Technical "hands on" position in a fast-paced delivery-oriented environment
