Software Process Engineer

The Role:

In this role the Software Process Engineer will work with architects, program managers and business stakeholders to drive the process definition for requirements, ensuring high quality of requirement artifacts, traceability, consistency and satisfying standards\' compliance.

The Person:

• Defining and maintaining requirements framework, workflow, review and approval processes for requirements management.
• Implementing a process for handling a large set of requirements, achieving standards compliance, and ensuring traceability and consistency.
• Ensuring that teams across organization are aligned to requirements management process.
• Creation and maintenance of requirements process documentation, training and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert-level knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and leading process methodologies.
• A proven track record to optimally lead process transformations projects for large organizations, optimally collaborate with a wide spectrum of partners.
• Direct hands-on experience in requirements management and leading requirement\'s elicitation. Emphasis on software development field is a plus.
• Proven experience generating requirements specifications, meeting high industry standards and compliance guidelines.
• A deep understanding and knowledge of state-of-the-art process best practices and safety standards. Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience semiconductor, IT or SW development industries.

Academic Credentials:

• B. Sc or B. Eng in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
