DESCRIPTION

EPAM Vietnam is looking for a Senior Software Maintenance Engineer for Ho Chi Minh City Office.

A Client would like to engage EPAM to provide support and maintenance services for the Application.

Through this engagement, the Client would like to receive Level 2 (maintenance) and Level 3 (incident investigation, defect fixes, small changes) support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Regular system monitoring and maintenance activities
• Incident investigation and reporting
• Incident resolution through configuration or code change
• Releasing fixes to test environments and production
• Cloud infrastructure management
• Investigation and resolution of complex issues
• Bug-fixing
• Code changes, minor enhancements, and new feature implementation

WHAT YOU HAVE

• A degree of computer science or equal certification of software engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and be proficient in below technical skill:
  • .Net Core, C# (ASP.NET Core)
  • SQL (Azure PostgreSQL)
• Upper intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of spoken and written English
