Key Qualifications

• A proven track record of leading, motivating and building strong software teams – enabling engineers to do the best work of their lifetime
• A vision of how to engineer modern ML-driven pipelines, APIs and services at scale
• Proven knowledge of continuous improvement via A/B tests
• Attention to detail and a strong passion for quality – experience architecting, designing and developing high quality pipelines and services
• Ability to effectively communicate with multi-functional teams about product requirements, system architecture, APIs and project schedules
