 We are looking for a passionate Engineering Manager/leader to technically lead & contribute to design, build, test, deploy and operate features in production.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow the engineers in the team.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver best in class solutions to our customers.
• Work closely with Program Managers and Designers to create engineering plans including timeframes, milestones and quality, reliability, and performance goals, collaborate across broader team to identify dependencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for re-use or efficiency improvements.
• Manage engineering resources ensuring that the team is always focusing on the most important things and communicate priorities to create shared understanding of goals across the team.
• Provide constructive feedback, formulate goals, and help the team achieve the goals.
• Own scenarios end-to-end and maintain high level of quality, reliability, and performance, 
• encourage innovation across all stages of product lifecycle
• Collaborate with your engineering peers to reuse code/stack components where applicable and feasible. 
• Make technology and design decisions to deliver performant experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience. 
• 3+ years of Android or iOS experience
• Degree in CS or related engineering field
• Solid understanding of mobile technologies, design patterns, computer science basics. Android development experience is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 
• Track record of delivering innovation and results, leadership, and collaboration.
• Ability to work on cross team/org projects
