Ever since the team was founded, every release has resulted in added scope and responsibility. With the developers who are strong at traditional software engineering and Machine learning/Math skills, team’s contributions are on an upward trajectory.

We are looking for a strong IC, who can lead/drive areas like crunching large scale data, pushing the limits of training techniques, pushing data in real time, feature engineering etc. You will be expected to take on some of the complex areas and drive the project from conception to end. This may involve coming up with creative ideas, collaborating with partner teams, working out details during the execution and deployment stages. We are looking for experienced engineer who can take the challenge of innovating generic techniques to solve hard conflation problems that can scale across various type of data sources, has interest in data sciences and ML field and can start contributing to the areas of Bing Retail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy scalable intelligent services
• Lead a team of smart engineers to develop the product and drive innovation
• Analyze risks and compromises with various design choices
• Collaborate with Partners and address customer needs 

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong software design and coding skills
• Experience in developing distributed and large-scale infrastructure components
• Experience with building web experiences and knowing the web technologies like React Web, ASP.net, web components is a big plus
• Passion for new technologies, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
