Our team is expanding its presence in the Bengaluru area across Engineering, PM, and UX/Design as we grow our vibrant global engineering team, making fundamental investments to build the next generation of innovative and intelligent industry clouds & solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure. We are looking for a passionate and motivated developer to be a technical leader in the design and development of Microsoft Industry Clouds and solutions leveraging the power of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure. 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a passion for building great end to end innovative solutions with delightful user experiences by leveraging various offerings of Azure, M365, Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You should have a proven track record of being a proficient technical contributor who has owned feature areas across multiple releases.  

In this role, you will get to work on the breadth of technologies across Microsoft including various front-end & back-end integrations, leveraging Microsoft Azure to enable orchestration across M365, Teams, Power platform & Dynamics 365 etc. You will help drive decisions on technology choices, build durable architecture and design, and work closely with our design teams to drive the right user experiences. You will be responsible for building micro services that interact with other orchestrators across M365, Azure and Dynamics 365, and owning horizontals such as load/performance, CI/CD pipelines, telemetry for your feature areas. 

You will be expected to work collaboratively within the team and provide technical oversight to feature crews, drive resolutions to complex customer reported issues that span across multiple services, work through competing priorities, solve complex technical challenges to meet business goals, and maintain live site availability. You will also get opportunities to demonstrate end to end ownership of features with quality first mindset and collaborate across diverse teams of engineers, Program Managers, and User Experience engineers.

• Design, develop, test & support features, experiences & solutions for end-to-end business scenarios over the full stack 
• Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers and platform engineering teams to solve complex problems for enterprise class business applications 

• Accountable for the quality, usability & performance of customer centric features 
• Debug and handle livesite and customer reported issues 
• Effectively leverage data to guide analysis and decision making  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Solid problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills. 
• Creative and innovative thinking. 
• Good communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. 
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent 1+ years of development experience in relevant technologies (C#, JS, React, cloud computing) 
• Knowledge of Web Apps & popular front-end technologies like React, and a popular programming language like C# or Java, JavaScript or Typescript 

• A passion for improving engineering practices and producing high quality software 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 apps / Microsoft Power Platform/ PowerApps / Other CRM/ ERP products is a plus. 
• Knowledge of Azure technologies including Azure Table Storage, Functions, AppService & Service Bus, is a plus. 
• Experience developing with Azure or other cloud services 

• Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills 
• Prior experience building business centric web applications 
• Good written and oral communication skills 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
