Responsibilities

We are looking for people to join our team and work on our Android keyboard and other projects. Each role involves all aspects of delivering a great user experience: 

• Understanding how users interact with modern applications. 
• Collaborating with our UX designers and PMs to define improvements and new features. 
• Experimenting with possible implementations to get the best outcome for users. 
• Coding in a supportive dev environment. Contributing to the whole process of creating software from design doc to release, where every change is reviewed, pull requests are small, and tests you write catch most of our bugs. 

• Observing the behaviour of your code in the field, using data analysis to understand how to improve the features we write, and to find problems quickly. 
• Addressing issues reported by OEM partners and customers that materially impact the user experience. 

We work in an agile pattern, regularly reviewing and adapting to make sure we're focusing on projects which make real impact.

• You have 3+ years of end-to-end Software Development experience (design, implementation) on native mobile clients such as Android (Java, Kotlin)

• A relevant degree (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering) or industry experience.
