One of the key components of CRM software, with more than 400 thousand unique users monthly and growing, is Customer Service. Metrics are very important to call center businesses or contact centers while customizability and extensibility are very important to ensure that the businesses are responding to their customer issues uniquely, efficiently, and rapidly across multiple channels including Phone, Email, and social channels. We are working on building next generation customer engagement by building digital channel integration and insights-based capabilities for our customers to transform their customer engagement to the digital world.
