Fidelity Investments Core Brokerage Technology Domain is seeking Software Engineer to join our NextGen squad to work on modernizing as we plan to migrate from legacy platform to AWS cloud. The Customer Communications Product Area is part of the Core Brokerage Platform Domain (formerly the Operations Service Group – Technology organization). The product Area’s mission is to provide a platform that generates, archives, and reconciles non-regulatory and regulatory financial communications which meet all regulatory and compliance requirements and facilitates end investor experience through consumers across all lines of business. You will be involved in building or enhancing existing capabilities that help millions of Fidelity’s customers receive their statements, trade confirms, account opening confirmations, account change confirmations, tax forms while delivering industry best experiences.
The Core Brokerage Platform Domain exists to develop leading Brokerage-As-A-Service APIs and recordkeeping services for the Fidelity Distribution Channels and Operations Professionals. To deliver on this mission Agility must be at the core of how we operate to deliver Next Generation solutions that are not only secure and scalable, but also innovative and customer centric.
You work in partnership with the Customer Communications Chapter Area Leader, Customer Communications Tribe Leader, other Squad Leaders, other Squad members, Scrum Master, and Chapter Leaders aligned to your squad.
