As part of Microsoft Digital India, Employee Experience(EE)- Human Resources Data & Insights team is working on building the next generation of People and Organizational analytics to help drives outcomes like recruiting the best talent, nurture and grow them at Microsoft and build a high performing culture where people can do their best work and also stay ahead in the talent war. To achieve the same requires working and building next generation platforms that can enable security, privacy and catalog services on top of the Azure data lake.
Candidate must have solid understanding of building large scale enterprise systems and should have proven experience in delivering highly responsive and fluidic user experiences.
To work effectively with Project team members in a cross-group collaboration manner.
Design and develop complex Software modules/services.
Provide expertise in design and implementation of Software Services.
Be a part DevOps culture establishing top engineering processes/practices.

Build effective Partnership with partner teams like Program Management.
Collaborate with multiple partner teams, analyze their requirements, prioritize and drive features to closure with very high quality.
Participate in design, architecture, and code reviews
Influence engineering team's implementation methodology.
Ensures Design adheres to Design Quality Standards and complies with security, privacy, usability and performance standards of Microsoft
Providing time and resource estimates for features / applications
Ensures owned feature areas / applications are delivered to business on time with the expected quality
Proactively identifies opportunities for Reuse within the applications and across the group
Knowledge of Azure App Services/ Azure ML or R/Python would be a big plus.
Overall 6+ years of hands-on development experience designing and building large Scale enterprise systems
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in computer science or equivalent
5+ years of hands-on development experience using either C#/Java or equivalent object oriented programming language.
3+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks
3+ years of experience in React/Angular
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, or WCF/Web API, SQl, DOcument store DB (JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/AngularJS/ReactJS)
Software development experience in full product cycle: design, development, release and maintenance.
Some experience in building systems to record and analyze telemetry
​Experience with reactjs and nodejs is a big bonus.
Sound problem analysis, resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated history of taking decisions, accepting ownership for decisions, and adhering to decisions once made.
The ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers, executives, cross culture).
Strong work ethic and a desire to drive successful solution delivery
Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques.
Display high degree of Confidence and ability to work in ambiguous situations
