Are you a Software Developer looking for something new? Have you thought about Teaching your skills to others?

We have a new exciting role for a Software Development trainer to work with graduates.

The Software Development Trainer is to create and deliver a programme of courses/workshops in software development. The aim to develop/influence graduate professionally and technically, for entry into industry at an introductory level of software development. The trainer’s focus is on delivering 8-16-week course to aspiring software developers and teaching them all they need to know to land their first job as a junior software developers/engineer.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • To teach candidates from a programming/software development background, in Programming Fundamentals, Development Techniques and Development Tools
  • You will deliver all forms of training (via face to face or online) and carry out training needs analysis, as well as identifying new training areas, and managing risks.
  • Management of candidates during their training course/programme
  • Interact with sales consultants and manage their expectation of candidate’s abilities and comprehension of potential roles

What we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction. Technical skills for Software Development Training desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience with Technical languages: C#, C++, .Net, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby
  • Someone who can create and deliver training modules for software development, tailoring materials to range of audiences.
  • Previous experience in training is not essential.
  • A confident engaging presenter
