Our team is looking for a Software Development Manager who can help us to build the next generation of reporting tools that allow us to capture new signals about advertising effectiveness and success, drive data-driven, programmatic decision making, and create efficiency that streamlines the day to day activities of our users. Our mission is to make marketers successful on Amazon; we do this by detecting and creating opportunities for users to be smarter about how to manage and grow their advertising returning on investment. As part of our team you will be hiring and developing a team of engineers, and collaborating with product managers and UX designers to deliver reporting products. You will work directly with your customers to discover new opportunities to save time and drive results. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively project-manage and prioritise across multiple tasks, exhibit strong problem solving skills and be ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment.
While most of our existing team is based in Edinburgh, we’re expanding to create a new team with people based in London/Paris/Luxembourg so we’re flexible provided you’re near one of those locations.

We make reporting products that provide a clear and actionable view of how advertising campaigns are performing. As with all Amazon teams we care about the scalability, performance and operational excellence of our service, but beyond this we value people who understand that ease of use makes a meaningful difference to the customer experience in a complex data-driven domain like advertising.
We serve both external customers and their internal account teams where our products serve as the common-ground to discuss the details of their business and advertising performance.
