The Software Development Engineer (SDE) experience is a unique one at Amazon. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· Proficiency in Linux
· Proficiency in Inter Process Communications, Multi-threaded applications, Operating System concepts etc.
· Experience working in device level software preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/Ph.D degree in computer science or related fields
