Customer Reviews' vision is to provide shoppers with valuable insights from other customers to make informed and unregretted purchase decisions. Customer Reviews is essential part of Amazon without which it is hard to imagine todays Amazon shopping experience.
Our team is in charge of everything related to customer review star rating, review sharing across marketplaces, and more cool features. We are looking for a passionate software engineer to join our team to help us build next generation infrastructure, operate several micro-services handling large amount of data, build more cool summarization features to help customers make more informed and unregretted purchasing decisions.

You will work to design and implement cutting edge products and services used every day, by people you know. If you enjoy solving complex problems and tackling tough challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years software development experience using Java, C#, C++ or other similar object oriented languages
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
• Knowledge of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Service Oriented Architecture, micro-services, and Java services
• Experience with full-stack engineering and an inclination towards creating customer-facing features
• Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
