Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Software Development Analyst to support enterprise wide applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software for Enterprise Export Management System (EEMS).

This position will allow for a virtual/telecommuting employee.

Additional duties include:

Supports the larger technical team in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.

Provides data analysis and supports systems/application integrations. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.

Documents, oversees, and provides testing to ensure high quality for new releases and little-to-no downtime.

The candidate should possess strong customer service skills for direct interfacing with stakeholders, helping to refine requirements to meet business needs, design solutions, and develop and implement features. They should be flexible with working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors with 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience with full stack web development

Ability to create macros/manipulate data in Spreadsheets

Working knowledge of SharePoint and ServiceNow

Working knowledge of Safe Agile

Ability to troubleshoot application issues

Ability to install and configure applications on hardware

Scripting

Good Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EASE Global Trade Management Software

Basic Knowledge of regulatory trade compliance, import and export processes

Certifications in Agile/Scrum

Certifications in AWS or Azure

Experience using Agile Management Tools, such as the Atlassian Suite or Azure DevOps 

Salary Range: $71,100 USD - $106,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
