As a Software Developer working remote in our Information Technology organization, you will work on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. You’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. Joining one of our platform or service management teams, you will support critical business area initiatives. With multiple teams hiring, we have opportunities available across our company. Participation in the on-call support rotation may be required. These positions are remote for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:

The completion of a technical training program, and two years related work experience, or

Four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

OO development using C#, along with experience in APIs

Back-end technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, MongoDB)

Front-end framework (Angular, React, Node.js)

Scrum/Agile software development process

Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure), and CI/CD toolsets (Jenkins, GIT, Azure DevOps) are nice to have

Compensation

$75,000-$92,000/year

Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
