As a Software Developer Senior or Lead  in the IT Commercial Lines Strategic Planning and Architecture (SPA) team you'll work to ensure the strategic alignment of technical decisions and platform IT investments to Commercial Lines business goals. You'll partner with Platform Domain Architects, Commercial Lines Business, ITCL Leadership, and strategic partners to provide strategic directions, technology roadmaps, feasibility assessments, ideation and solutioning guidance, architecture governance, and the identification and assessment of enabling technologies. This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
• Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:
  • The completion of a technical training program, and four years related work experience, or
  • Six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

• Dev Ops experience designing and deploying cloud solutions on AWS and Azure via Terraform Enterprise and or Terraform Cloud
• Full Stack Development experience with JavaScript-based framework (Angular, React, Vue), .Net, C#, Angular, Java, SQL Server, or Restful API
• Data Engineering experience working with Python and Prefect on a variety of relational and non-relational databases. Experience with Cloud based data infrastructures an additional plus.

Compensation

• $82,535-$125,250/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
