Responsibilities
Enterprise Holdings, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands is looking for a Software Analyst to join our Workforce Management Solutions team! Enterprise Holdings is the largest and fastest growing privately-owned automotive rental and leasing company in the North America.
The Workforce Management Solutions Team powers our HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Timekeeping professionals and empowers our 80,000 plus employees by deploying and supporting a variety of global employee systems and solutions running on SaaS platforms such as Dayforce and Workday.
Now is an exciting time to be a part of this team, specifically in this role working across multiple departments to deliver on our Cloud Migration strategy. We are on the forefront of implementing several new, global products and systems to support our global expansion to increase efficiency and effectiveness in business administration. Areas of Responsibility:
As a Software Analyst in Workforce Management Solutions, you will be responsible for technical requirements and project coordination for our department's upcoming Cloud Migration projects. You will be deeply involved during all phases of these high-visibility projects. You will assist in building the functional requirements and ensuring the delivery of the product meets the business needs with high quality. The Software Analyst also assists the larger project teams with creating and tracking project tasks.
In this role you will serve as a critical team member, collaborating cross-functionally with software engineers, QA, and business sponsors from multiple departments. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically curious, and efficiency-driven individual, as much of your time will be focused on supporting our strategic initiatives in Workforce Management Solutions. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills (both written and oral) will be important.
Develop various documents, including requirements, data maps, test plans, and data flows
Collaborate with IT to ensure that technical design, unit and functional testing, deployment, and implementation meets business requirements and properly documented
Facilitate meetings with users, IT and non-IT resources across departments
Identify risks and issues during the project implementations and ensure timely resolution
Assist the project managers with maintaining the project management tasks in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
Monitor progress and status of deliverables
Support cutover activities

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
2 or more years of relevant experience as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar
Aptitude to lead projects from requirements gathering to effectively communicating with the business and IT team members
Ability to clearly define and create detailed documentation to describe complex business processes to the lowest level
Familiarity with integration and functional testing
Experience complying with data security standards, enterprise wide systems and working on large data integration initiatives
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously and adhere to timelines
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to document both system design information and processes
Ability to identify root cause and conduct initial investigation into problems as they arise
Prior success facilitating team meetings, daily standups, providing status reports, and conducting analysis
Have a strong "own the outcome" attitude about deliverables from start to finish
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure, Google, etc.)
Experience working with HCM systems and processes
Experience using JIRA/Confluence or another Project Tracking System
Experience working within the Agile methodology
Knowledge of APIs
