What you will do as a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager

• Drive growth through influencer marketing initiatives by exploring and managing the right partnerships as well as monitoring and evaluating success.
• Engage with your audience and build a positive relationship. Incorporate insight from audience pain points to turn them into insightful, action-driving content
• Iterate on measurability of your measures vs. brand, acquisition and retention related goals. 

Who you are

• It would be great if you have at least 3 years of experience in social media and /or influencer marketing and/or social media focused role developing content in German.
• Social Media is ever changing so it would be awesome to have someone who understands the evolving social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.), influencer marketing best practices and related tools
• With customer acquisition and retention via various platforms key, we would very much benefit from someone who knows the strengths and weaknesses of different social media channels & content types.
• A major emphasis would be creating engaging content so excellent spoken and written communication with fluency in English will help you to connect across our global organization.
• We are growing fast and with that comes changing dynamics, if you can embrace an agile environment with an ability in balancing strategy with execution this would be great
• We are establishing an excellent Growth practice, do you have a hunger to develop within Growth Marketing? If you are eager to learn about growth marketing & excited about using data and clear metrics to measure impact and determine improvement then this offers the platform. Naturally there would be an emphasis on good project management, creative thinking and analytical skills
