Social Media Director (Maternity Cover Jan 2022 – March 2023)

Are you a passionate, creative and driven leader working in the social media space?

We’re looking for a senior social media specialist to act as the interim director of our 13-strong social media team, including strategists, managers and content creators. You’ll lead a team delivering over £1.2million in social media revenues across a range of enterprise clients.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shaping the strategic direction for our social media client accounts
  • Overseeing the delivery of our social media service offering across our portfolio of client accounts
  • Supporting and leading on new business development from a social media perspective, e.g. pitches / RFPs
  • Client management and client relationship building
  • Implementation of the company and team’s vision and KPIs to deliver the broader growth plan in line with business strategy
  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of social media campaigns and projects through collaboratively working with other teams across the agency

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in the social media industry.
  • Agency Experience preferred
  • Management Experience
  • Developing, critiquing and presenting creative concepts.
  • Accomplished in delivering social strategy and creative for a range of enterprise level businesses.
  • Hands-on involvement with key social media accounts.
