RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of New Look’s social and influencer strategies across all channels, underpinned by clear and ambitious KPIs
• Define clear user journeys across social, working closely with stakeholders across the Customer team to build this into their overall journey with the brand across channels inclusive of, but not limited to - Ecom, Performance, CRM/Loyalty and Retail.
• Manage consistent and thorough reporting across all social and influencer activity, working closely with Insight and key stakeholders to build this into an overall performance view for the business
• Manager social and influencer activity calendars that support broader business objectives whilst delivering against social KPIs
• Work closely with Brand, Creative and Content teams to champion and drive innovative, distinctive and engaging social-first creative
• Work closely with Editorial to manage TOV across social channels in line with the overarching brand approach
• Work closely with Local Marketing to drive ongoing optimisation and amplification of New Look’s internal ambassador programme
• Champion expert and up-to-date knowledge of the social and influencer markets, driving education throughout the business
• Own and drive the social transformation initiative, whilst supporting the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager on the brand and talent transformation initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of 5 across Executive and Assistant levels
