Digital Olympus is a relationship-based link-building agency that currently includes a team of 25+ full-time employees and multiple contractors across the world. Digital Olympus was founded by Alex Tachalova, who established a solid personal brand while working at Semrush and then as a freelance digital marketing expert. Alex is a frequent speaker at conferences and regularly contributes to SEJ, Moz, HubSpot, and similar blogs.Among DO’s clients, you’ll find many well-known brands, such as G2, Vivint, Wave. video, and many others. Our primary mission is to build links that bring long-lasting results AND help brands stand out in the long run.

TasksResponsibilities:

Managing SMM and PR operations;Creating visual and written content for the company’s social media platforms particularly for Twitter and LinkedIn; Managing social media channels for Digital Olympus (Twitter & LinkedIn);Supervising ongoing communication with customers, partners and followers;Negotiating collaborations with experts in the fields of link building, SEO, general digital marketing;Negotiating collaborations with companies operating within the industry; Facilitating cross-business communications;Building relationships with the online community;Finding and Identifying the right conferences for sponsorship and coordinating those conferences.Setting up some KPIs for the team and reporting on them.

RequirementsAbout the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing & PR Manager to oversee and manage the company’s digital presence across the social platforms and lead the PR operations. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a good writing background. The candidate must have solid experience in running activities for B2B companies and brands. The primary responsibilities will include managing all social media channels and performing the PR activities.Skills andRequirements:5+ years of experience in PR and Digital Marketing while managing social media channels of a company or brand. Experienced in content creation for social media posts on Twitter/LinkedIn (visual/written content).Must have led a team of digital marketers. Propose & execute new ideas for social media content. Manage and direct PR activities. Experience in building a brand image on social media. Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools. Fluent in English (Business English).Interpersonal and organizational skills. Organized self-starter, comfortable making decisions on your own.Able to travel for a quarterly team meeting.
