Social Media Analyst, Risk and Fraud Management – Vilnius, Lithuania

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

  • Actively support the strategy and execution of the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) Program’s social media activities;

  • Assist with multiple consumer protection projects including awareness and education campaigns, social media channels, blog content, presentation development and content library updates;

  • Work closely with other internal departments to coordinate, develop and monitor social media content and campaigns that provide fraud education, awareness and outreach to consumers;

  • Write blog articles and social media content, also work on related projects and /or assignments as needed and support teammates with day-to-day activities.

Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in communications or agency is preferred;

  • Relevant qualifications in digital and social media, marketing, communications, journalism, content strategy, analytics, execution and reputation management;

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform independently and with supervision and/or in a team environment when required;

  • Experience creating social media content and campaigns on behalf of a brand or business using tools and MS Office products;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to details and a passion for writing articles;

  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is optional.
