The small business mobile team is responsible for defining the Marketing plan that will achieve our commercial and customer objectives, helping to underpin the soho mobile P&L.
Whether that be creating an innovative new value proposition to target a key customer segment in the market, identifying how we best retain our existing customers, or finding and exploiting opportunities to cross-sell our fantastic range of products and services to new and existing customers.
We are constantly on the lookout for ways to market our products and services to new and existing customers in a way that meets real business needs and drives commercial impact to the P&L.
About the role
We’re at an important stage in our journey in small business, as Virgin Media and O2 join forces to supercharge businesses across the UK.
The role of a Pricing Manager is a key role supporting the small business mobile team with pricing expertise, analysis, and insight. This role is accountable for pricing recommendations, governance, and execution of day-to-day trading pricing activity across key company products: Handset, Simo, MBB and out of bundle charging, and other value-added services. It is also responsible for supporting the development of the pricing strategy, competitor pricing analysis and new pricing models across the portfolio.
