Job Description
ENGIE are recruiting for a Site Manager to be based in Chelsea and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role working full time hours. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus, car or allowance and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Refurbishment of an Edwardian mansion house block split into three residential wings and an administrative section, over 7 floors (including basement plant areas)
- Sheltered accommodation (occupied) – one wing vacated at a time to enable residents to be decanted whilst refurbishment completed, then re-occupied and next wing vacated etc
- Full strip back to shell, excluding windows (overhaul/repair of windows only)
- Demolition of existing modern entrance section and construction of replacement
- Extensive M&E installation incorporating MVHR system
- Fire-stopping and fire safety work to provide compartmentation, including sprinklers and upgraded lift (to support a stay-put policy in the event of fire due the vulnerable nature of the residents)
- Reconfiguration of individual sheltered accommodation units on each floor to provide one-bedroom units
