Responsible for ensuring the execution and completion of the following systems: Cybersecurity Incident, Response Asset Inventories, Education, System Lifecycle Management, PS-Assigned IT/OT Related CSAs, Access Control, EVP Enrollment and Compliance, Vulnerability and Risk Mitigation, ICS Firewall, Policy and Standards Compliance, ICS Network Management, Standards, Policy, and Procedure Documentation, Budgetary Planning, Physical and Personnel Security, OT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.

Job Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Leader is expected to have cybersecurity related work as his/her primary responsibility and spend the amount of time needed (often 50-100%) to deliver the expected results.

Many other individuals will be expected to assist the Cybersecurity Leader in the execution of the work, with the combined efforts of all involved being the equivalent of 2-4 FTEs.

The Cybersecurity Leader must be able to effectively communicate in English as many of the educational materials, meetings, policies, and documents will be in English.

Continual training and education will be required, and the Cybersecurity Leader will be informed of its availability through normal communication mediums.

The Cybersecurity Leader will have numerous tasks for which they are responsible for ensuring the execution and completion of; cybersecurity incident response, asset inventories, education, and system lifecycle management, ps-assigned it/ot, access control.

Qualifications

Required

5 years of experience in managing IT networks and application systems at large volume manufacturing facility.

5 years of experience in IT databases and coding languages for data integrity.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field

Experience in managing IT networks and application systems at the actual Kansas City Site
