Shipper Performance Associate
This role will require the successful candidate to work directly with our customers, highlighting defects and suggests ways to resolve. Measures of success will include improved shipper and recipient satisfaction and reduced costs within the Amazon Shipping business.


Job responsibilities
Review and deep dive of operational defects as escalated by the operational team.
Outreach to customers (shippers) to support with resolution of both parcel presentation defects and dispatch issues.
Updating tickets with issue resolution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualification:
· Previous experience in a similar role such as Account Management or Customer Services
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Good computer literacy
· Should be comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. Should be creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualification:
· Experience in MS office mainly Word and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
· 1 years experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Logistics
