Position Summary:
To be effective in the position, you must rely on your experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals Supervise the daily activities of an operations unit’s hourly personnel

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of an operations unit’s hourly personnel Assist in resolving workflow and scheduling Implement operational procedures, and enforce company plans, policies and rules Using excellent interpersonal skills, handle worker issues honestly and directly Determine safe and efficient operations for the shift that is consistent with management’s daily objectives. Dedication to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs Understand and follow company safety procedures Develop understanding of the process and be able to troubleshoot

• Be active and participate in safety programs
• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or its equivalent with 3-5 years' of experience in a supervisory role
• Basic computer knowledge is helpful
• Timely attendance is a must
• Ability to climb stairs, some lifting, sit and stand for long periods of time, work with heights, bending, kneeling and respirator qualified
• Ability to work a rotating shift in a variety of environmental conditions
• Relocation is available with this position.
